The Water Ridge POA in Buchanan Dam, Texas is managed by PMI Austin Metro. All home/property owners MUST register through the PMI Austin Metro portal link (https://pmiam.cincwebaxis.com/wrpoa).
The PMI Austin Metro portal will provide easy access your account to:
- View your account balance,
- Pay annual dues or register for autopay,
- View community documents,
- View association financial information,
- Submit a general maintenance request.
Please note that for access to community forums, the community calendar, current and/or historical association information/documents, and to receive POA emails, all property owners must also register for a login through this website (www.waterridgepoa.com). To register, please select Register in the top right corner of the home page and complete the required information to be granted access.
